How much does a website cost?
Most small business websites cost £500 to £2,500. Simple one-page landing pages start at £500. Larger builds with custom features, booking systems or payment integrations can reach £2,500. The price depends on the number of pages, any custom functionality, and the complexity of the design. The price is agreed and fixed before any work starts.
How long does it take?
From one week for the first draft. Most standard business websites go from brief to live within a week. Larger builds with bespoke functionality take two to four weeks. The timeline is agreed upfront so you know before we start.
What are the running costs after launch?
The simplest package is web hosting at £25 per month. Packages go up depending on what you need. Hosting and SEO work can be combined at a discounted rate, with SEO starting from £150 per month. You also need a domain name, which costs around £15 a year. There is no licence fee for the code.
What is included and what costs extra?
Everything in the agreed brief is included: all pages, design, development, deployment to Vercel, Google Analytics setup, schema markup, sitemap and full documentation. Custom integrations such as booking systems, payment processing or a bespoke CMS are scoped and priced separately. We list exactly what is in and out of scope in writing before we start.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. You can bring in your own developer since the code is clean and well-documented. We also offer support and updates on a retainer, or as one-off pieces of work. There is no lock-in.
Do I own the code?
Yes, completely. Every file, every repository and every deployment is yours from the day the site launches. There is no licence fee, no lock-in, and no ongoing obligation to use us.
